Our powerful genset remote monitoring capabilities keep your system ready to go

No matter the size or brand of generator or the control panel you are using, Genovate's state of the art remote monitoring system gives you online access to your genset 24/7 and ensures any issues are recognised and rectified before they become critical.

How Does It Work?

Genovate supply a range of standard and bespoke remote monitoring systems for every power generator, starting with simple modem-based systems, right up to highly-sophisticated web-based monitoring systems which allow us to carry out remote fault rectification. Sometimes, you won’t even have to wait for an engineer to arrive.

Bespoke Remote Monitoring

We ensure your power is monitored in the best way according to your company and equipment. Our remote monitoring systems and control solutions include:

What you can do online

Monitor Health & Readiness

Access common genset parameters such as: oil pressure, engine temperature, battery voltage, power output, diesel levels, engine run time and engine RPM.

Remote Operation & Control

Remotely start and stop your generator in the field from any location. Remotely acknowledge generated alarms, reducing expensive on-site service visits.

Alarm Management

Receive alarm notification when the fuel level reaches a pre-set level or fuel theft is attempted. Direct alarms to service personnel via SMS or email.

Generator Fleet Management

Manage large-scale genset rental with inbuilt GPS functionality. Track the current position of the generator in real-time.

Remote Configuration of Genset Controllers

Combine standard remote monitoring capabilities (View and Control) with remote configuration (Remote Access) using the vendor’s own utility/configuration software. Or combine the two services for multiple sites and users (Manage and Analyze).
