Bespoke Compact Turnkey SCR Solutions for Emission Control

Through our exclusive partnership with Hug Engineering, market leaders in emissions reduction technology for almost 40 years, we provide install, commission and service a full line of emissions reduction solutions to address widespread health and environmental issues to meet your specific project and site requirement.

How does SCR work?

Our bespoke units employ ammonia or urea injection with a catalyst formulated specifically for the reduction of NOx. An oxidation catalyst is typically incorporated to reduce other pollutants produced from the combustion of fossil fuels such as carbon monoxide, unburned hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutants.

Genovate Power Solutions offers emissions reduction solutions for a wide range of power generation applications, such as:

  • Diesel generator
  • CHP (gas generators)
  • Power plants
  • Grid stability and merchant power
  • Emergency power (UPS & data centres)

Compact and robust

Due to the intelligent design of the combikatTM SCR solution in many instances, we are able to install the SCR solution inside the silencer which makes it among the most compact on the market.

When the catalytic reduction technology is combined with the silencer, our customers can take advantage of the following features:

  • Reduced installation cost
The design flexibility of the Combined Silencers and SCR Systems help to optimization of the exhaust system design for lower installed cost. It helps to reduces footprint, exhaust pipe work, installation, commissioning and transportation costs.
  • Meets your specific project and site noise level
  • Two years warranty

This compact and modular design also means it is easily transportable, acoustically and thermally insulated and ready for quick installation on site.

The combikatTM application is meant for stationary engine power systems such as power and cogeneration plants in a power range from 200 kW to 40 MW.
It is designed to minimize emissions from diesel, gas and dual-fuel engines burning a full range of liquid and gaseous fuels:

  • Distillates (e.g. diesel, MGO, MDO)
  • Heavy residual oils (HFO)
  • Natural gas including well-head, associated and flare gases
  • Process streams such as tail gas, coke oven vents and low-BTU fuels
  • Bio-fuels including biogases, bio-methane, bio-diesel (FAME)
  • Vegetable oils (exhaust, refined and crude)
  • Syngas from the gasification processes of different biomasses
